Claim has not been paid since October 2018

I was admitted to Parklane Hospital in October 2018, since then the Hospital has not been fully paid. After i had been promised that the co-payment will be waived in January but it still has not been paid. I have called over 30 times and every time I get a different excuse. I have so many regrets joining the scheme but the most devastating part about this whole mess is that my physician and neurologist have been trying to re admit me to get a diagnosis but I still owe the hospital. I'm stuck, I'm sick and just hopeless. I could have just stopped the medical aid last year and paid off the bill myself.
