Claim

I am disgusted at the way my claim has been handled , I was hospitalized from 14/03/2018 to 16/03/2019 and my claim has never been paid to the hospital I am now handed over to attorneys and my credit record is being tarnished in the process because of people that fail to do their jobs , this claim has not been paid out to date and no one is getting back to me to advise as to what is going on on 27/05/2019 I spoke to a lady by the name of Langi who was supposed to get back to me and let me know if the claim has been paid out , till now nothing has happened What I would like to know is how is this going to be resolved and how is my name going to be cleared ?
