Chronic meds cover a con

I was under the impression that my chronic meds application was approved - had a reference number and all (FDH ********** 330). But oh my was I surprised!! I went to Dischem today to get my meds (Coveram 5/10) and only R4.58 of R206.59 was covered. Seriously? Is this a joke? What's the point of pretending to cover chronic meds when Fedhealth doesn't?

Complaint sent to Fedhealth on 04/11/17 - only response so far was on 11/15/17 asking if I was a Fedhealth member!!?? Haha. A joke surely. Why would I be complaining about my chronic meds approval if I wasnt'a member. Eish - seriously?
