Chronic medicine

my parents have been on Fedhealth for a very long time but recently my dad passed away and we had to move my mom as the main beneficiary and change the medical aid number. Today we went to Dischem to collect her chronic medicine only to be told by the pharmacist that the medicine (3 out of the lot she was buying which was chronic) was now being paid out of her savings....so I am tired of phoning and querying why as we seem to be struggling lately with Fedhealth and can never get any correct answers from the call centre and it is much better to post here as I get a quicker and better response. My moms new Medical aid number is ********** 8052. Please can someone put back her chronic medicine back on the list as I don't understand why this should have disappeared and reverse all chronic medicine paid out of savings be put back so that It can be used for savings related goods.
