you guys are cheats, my son was hospitalised in June(My membership was active otherwise why even give authorisation for admission). In July I requested my membership to be cancelled and will re-apply for it after 3 months when my finances are better. Because I cancelled, you now refuse to pay claims for services provided when my membership was active, you refuse to pay for Dr consultations for when my membership was active. The whole reason of paying monthly premiums is for you to pay out should i need these services. I needed them now you refuse to pay out because I cancelled my membership with you after. After 3 months i'm definitely seeking alternative medical aid.
