Chat sight is useless
I went onto the chat helpline, spoke to claire, you put an agent to work on this chat helpline that cannot even greet a customer let alone help me, please check the chat, I spoke to Claire at 11.08 today, 30 November 2015. or else I can email it to you as well, and you will see this poor customer service
