Changed our detials without our knowledge and REFUSE to PAY!!!!!

<p>Firstly,they are THE WORST health insurance/medical scheme in SA!!!</p> <p>EVERYTIME we go to the Dr.,they F_U_C_K_ up - we get a message from the Dr saying we owe them money!</p> <p>WELLLLLLL there in lies the problem - our scheme allows for UNLIMITED GP visits from our nominated DR.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after paying the DR out of pocket last time,due to FEDHEALTH NOT REPLYING to their emails,we get the same thing AGAIN!!!!!!!!! My wife goes on to their OUTDATED and PATHETICALLY run website,and use their chat option - JUST TO FIND OUT THAT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, some useless dumb idiot on their side has changed our nominated DR,thus they won't pay,because we didn't go to the DR that they have on system. WE'VE had the SAME Dr. since the beginning of our relationship,and he has been the nominated DR. since we joined this car wreck of a scheme!!! We NEVER CHANGED our DR.!!!!!!!!! We went to the NOMINATED DR. and these F_U_C_K_I_N_G idiots,due to their incompetants refuse to pay now.... 3 weeks to get email replies,30min on the phone to theme listening to S_H_I_T_ music,and no answer.
