Change of option

I am pregnant, giving birth end of the month. I wrote a motivational letter to change my option as my current has run out of funds. Im now being told my request has been declined because it was not requested within 30 days of being diagnosed. For one I didn't know that I have to change the plan within 30 days, 2. I'm heavily pregnant, now I have to stress about a medical aid that has run out of funds. This is a second time this year this medical aid is stressing me, first it was beginning of the year, where for about 2 months claims were not paid, now I'm being told I won't be able to change my plan. What kind of heartless people are you at Fedhealth? I've had enough of this scheme, I'm going to change it next year. You do not care about people's feelings. I have to add my baby when he is born but the medical aid has no funds. I've had enough of this
