Change of approved hospitals

<p>I signed up knowing you used a well recognized hospital group and that I would have hospitals available country wide. I have waited over a year to have an operation in one of those hospitals. This year you have dropped those hospitals and chosen a smaller group. My operation now faces a R6000 co-payment AND a R5000 co-payment for the operation - ALSO new this year. Along with the 12% increase this year I could have been with someone else who will actually get the job done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have already seen two surgeons in two hospitals to sort this out and do it your way. if I want to avoid the R6000 hospital copayment I now need to see a third and re-book the operation and dates. I have planned work and projects around this. The surgeon is approved by you but not the hospital. It's so chaotic and fustrating.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the time I've waited and the hassle of finding a surgeon you like in a hospital you like I should have s****ped my medical and paid for it myself it's such a small operation! Better yet I am looking to change plans to someone who actually uses a more common pool of hospitals.</p>
