Capable and competent personnel?
I went to Clicks to purchase nappies for my partially paralyzed daughter.
Clicks does not give any invoices you get a purchased slip.
I sent my claim to my medical aid as this is for A PMB condition. Continuously they are copied in the communication to CLICKS where clicks confirmed they can NOT give any invoices only the printed purchased slip. Now again i get communication with a list of what should be on the slip.
please can anyone capable and competent assist me to get my nappies refunded?
