Can't get hold of Fedhealth

Cannot get hold of them to speak to an agent. When i call the contact number on their statement and on their website i get a message saying that the number does not exist. I tried via Whatsapp, waited for 40 minutes in the queue only to be cut off at 5pm. Today, I've been waiting more than an hour. I am told I'm 18th in the queue. It stayed like that for the last hour.
