Cannot believe the bad service

Please tell me how my friend can apply on the 5th March to join your medical aid, I got a confirmation email of congratulations. On the 2 April payment I called to ask why the payment didn't come off. I was told it was due to lockdown. 7 calls later, I have all the reference numbers.. would you know I was missing documents and was never told. After the next ten calls, I found out I'm not on the system and would have to reapply. When I said I will go somewhere else, the fedhealth employee told me to go. I cannot wait to tell everyone I know that they should not choose fedhealth.
