Cancel an unauthorized membership from your sales division

Fedhealth not helping with a cancellation of my membership,the sales division processed my quote and all of a sudden I now have a membership with you guys,the second person I spoke to said I should not worry and it will not get processed,pleased cancel with immediate effect as I am on another medical aid which started on the 1st of April membership number ***
