Can Fedhealth ever get anything right???
I sent an option change form twice to Fedhealth to downgrade my plan from the Maxima Saver to the Dynamic Saver Option.
This option is based on income and as per the website i am supposed to pay about R1500. On the 22-11-2017 i received confirmation that this was done from a Gail Pietersen but the Premium was reflecting as R435 per month and this is wrong. I logged onto your chat facility and addressed it and i was told this was going to be corrected. Today i get another email from Joshua Kgosiemang who confirmed the same monthly premium of R435
What must i do know as if i ignore this at claims stage i will bear the brunt of it.
Well Fedhealth has on two occassions confirmed that my monthly premium will be R435.00 for the Dynamic Saver and that is what i am going to pay for the next year for that option and all the benefits that come with me as i take it that is what Fedhealth is offering me.
I have given you guys two opportunities to fix the error and still it has not been done so i conclude; I am going to be debitted R435 for the Dynamic Saver option for the 2018 period.
