CALCULATED DELAY OF ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS

I cancelled my account 2 months and few weeks back and told them not to delay confirming my cancellation because I will block them from debiting my account. They didn't listen,now it's September they claim that I owe them. They don't have delays when you sign with them but wait for months to confirm your cancellations just so you can keep on paying. I wish I was warned to not use this medical aid. They are just money looters who don't care about clients. My doctor suggested I change them because they are out of business so they are a problem when it comes to paying for daily visits.
