Bunch of idiots !!!!
This company is such a joke !!! Been fighting and going back and forth for 3 weeks over my refund and still have to deal with a bunch of idiots !!!

24 Jun 2025, 16:26I would like a manager !! As attached payment from the 19Th of May was paid to you. The reference used is incorrect … I was told to use this reference when speaking to someone on the WhatsApp line . I do not know why I was told to use a difference reference .
On the 1st June I was debited for R1138 and R1055 and I want my refund of my R1055 as you have now has that amount twice !! I don’t understand why I have to carry on like this for a month now and I am dealing with idiots !!

I would like a manager !! As attached payment from the 19Th of May was paid to you. The reference used is incorrect … I was told to use this reference when speaking to someone on the WhatsApp line . I do not know why I was told to use a difference reference .
