Breast Reduction update

Fedhealth has since contacted me regarding my breast reduction complaint. They've requested all supporting documents from the plastic surgeon and all docs have been submitted so I'm still waiting for their final decision. My take is that someone might have the same problem like mine but not have the ability to send a review like I did. Medical aid should treat each case individually and with respect. You spend thousands of Rands annually to make sure that you stay medically covered but when the time comes for you to get help then you're being ignored.

I'll give feedback regarding my case as soon as Fedhealth responds. I'm hopeful that I'll get help that I so desperately need.
