Breast Reduction headache

When I took out medical aid it was because of some previous medical issues I've had before and also fit my kid's wellbeing. It's not every one that can afford a medical but I must medical aids are ****. I'm 41 years old and for the past 2 years I've noticed that my breast is growing drastically so I went to the GP who told me that there's nothing he can so I left it until this year that I decided to change GP's. So my new went as far as referring me to do mammogram to make sure that it's not cancer then my results came back negative and after checking my results he then referred my to a Plastic surgeon as the last resort. For the 1st time I felt so relieved that at least I'll be able to lead a normal life after the breast reduction but to my disappointment Fedhealth said its cosmetic even after the surgeon's recommendation letter where he states reason and photos as to why I should get the breast reduction. I'm so depressed, I'm in pain, my heart becomes black every day when I have to put on a bra, I have back, neck, shoulders and spinal cord pain. I can't sleep at night because I cannot find a comfortable position to sleep, I'm forever tired and let alone difficulty with breathing. My breast is still growing and I cannot afford to R70000. 00 for the operation. Why do I have a medical that's not working for me.
