Breast Reduction Feedback

When the medical aid asked for the doctor and hospital's practice numbers with the procedure codes I had hoped that they'll reconsider my plea for a breast reduction. They didn't even give me an option for at least pay portion or part of the fee but no. They've responded saying the request is declined, so is there any one out who can refer me to a medical aid or someone that can help with my predicament.
