BONE DENSITY NOT PAYING
i am on FLEXIFED3 package. I have a list of the Benefits and Limits that I am entitled to. it clearly states that I am allowed RADIOLOGY - MAMMOGRAM 1 VISIT. which they are in agreement with. it als states that I am allowed RADIOLOGY-BONE DENSITOMETRY 1 VISIT. FEDHEALTHE are saying that I must pay for this out of my savings. I do not agree with them. [please can you assist

29 Sept 2020, 12:06I have had several phone calls explaining why they are not paying, none of them giving a satisfactory answer. It is in black and white for FLEXI FED 3 bone density 1 visit. I have not been shown any fine print where there is an exception. Not happy
