BLATENTLY REFUSING TO GIVE ME AN END OF MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE DATED THE 30 APRIL

Blatently refusing to issue an end of membership certificate dated 30 April i can't pay both Fedhealth and Discovery I WILL REVERSE ANY INSTALLMENT DEDUCTED AFTER THAT DATE APRIL IS STILL 30 DAYS LONG IM GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE

As per letter of termination 1. You have activated your medivault. The outstanding balance of R 5500 now due. Please note my wife will not do this as we barely used the funds please provide me with a statement of the funds used and i will pay R 100 FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS
