BLATANTLY IGNORED FOR NEARLY A YEAR TO NOT GET CLAIM DUE !!!!!!!!!!

ALMOST !! MONTHS SINCE PROCESSING CLAIM AND NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am being ignored on every level , diverted to be dealt with by MEDSCHEME walk in center and after 2 visits to them STILL NO RESOLVE!!!! it is the most useless company in existence!!!!!! i get told to hand in a form , then they find it that i actually did send it already in January, then its a fault on this form from the clinic that was corrects MONTHS AGO and now IGNORED IGNORED IGNORED!!!!!!!!!! you blatantly are ignoring people to not have to pay out claims!!!!!!!!!! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN , i need an answer and some service or CARTE BLANCE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED ON YOU PEOPLE!
