Black listing after two payment confirmations

Fedhealth is now trying to black list me for a second time after I paid them over 3 years ago.<br> <br> I have received two email confirmations of amount paid to fedhealth and that they will be removing thier black list claim against me but now I have received another email from a Dept Collector asking for 3 times the amount I originally owed. I have now sent my Dlisting email to fedhealth<br> <br> I find this unacceptable and when I phoned them they said it will take a week to resolve. This should never happened in the first place.
