Bitter sweet goodbye

WIth sadness i say goodbye to fedhealth soon as our company has decided to switch to another provider. <br> I previously worked for various madeical schemes, at one point I managed all our exceptions processes including hello peter, media complaints and process analysis. <br> Today while holding on for a call center advisor A pop up appears for a chat option, and im currently a webchat manager.(unfortunately not in medical aid.) <br> <br> Besides being extremely impressed with Fedhealth's administration, I was blown away today by the efficiency and fantastic attitude of Kgomotso Leso. You have a gem here, grow this girl into a position where she can duplicate what she does. <br> <br> Should i ever be in a position where I would have to pay for my own medical aid, I will consider Fedhealth before ANY other scheme. . <br> <br> At the end of the month its goodbye Fedhealth from my company's perspective, but personally, I promise to refer you to my friends and family. <br> <br> Thank you , thank you , thank you. <br> Regards<br> Domonique <br>
