The most disgusting service and care I have ever experienced!! The people that work for Fedhealth are nothing short of stupid! No common sense so you cannot reason with them. It is like talking to a brick wall!! And there is nobody to actually complain to you just go from call centre help desk person to the next!!!! Beyond frustrating!!
