Bad service from some agents

Woke up last week to an email stating that my dependent will be terminated from my medical aid and never requested for that. Spoke to two consultants last week who were clueless on how to assist and a lady called Tholakele was able to atleast assist me even though am not happy about what happened to my dependent being moved. Maybe Tholakele can assist her other team mates on how to assist clients
