Bad service from Fedhealth

When l reviewed my monthly statement it showed I had R800 plus inu account. I then went to Pharmacy in Dawn Park Mall to purchase medication I was told that there is no money in my account. Then I wrote to Fedhealth asking my there is nooney never got a response. All the time l want to buy medication I am always told there is no money.
