Bad service from Fedhealth

Absolutely pathetic. The staff is *********** shoving you from pillar to post, no one can really give you an answer as to what is happening on your claim. don't even try asking for a manager as they are way to busy to take you call they will call back in the next 8 working hours. If only they realize that every month we pay yet the moment we really want a service they not their for us. I am actually considering moving my medical **** now.
