BAD service Fedhealth

The most horrible medical aid ever. I paid such a lot of money since 2018, yet with the money i paid I couldn't consult, you have to pay for savings separately. I didn't have a problem with that, i did that for years. all of a sudden they just started charging extra money, when i inquired, non of their consultants could explain what the money is for. i terminated it, then started receiving sms that they will reverse my claims because I'm owing. when I called, the consultant still didn't know what the money is for. Such a lot of bad service and abuse!!!
