Bad service

My due date to give birth was 1st July 2024, but with my last visit my gyne realised i was in labour already so they admitted me 20th June after being in labour for days they decided c-section on the 22nd June. Because i already gave birth and my family has been helping me with paying medical i didn't pay June knowing that i do have funds and have been with the medical aid plan for years. But unfortunately i no longer work and couldn't afford. In Aug i get a bill of R36000 hospital bill R5000 gyne and ampath the medical didn't cover as my last payment was in May 2024 what happened to my funds and the 30days. After explaining numerous times im current unemployed employed providing them with bank statements and affidavit i got a letter that they handing me over.

I will never make use of them even if i get a new job or recommend them to any family or friend.
