Bad service but expect monthly payments.

I contacted the company for my current year tax certificate, as they sent a email to access it. Ibwqs unable to access it and i contacted fedhealth for a copy. The agent says to me it is not available for the current year. Why could you have not send a email stating this. I asked him to speak to a manager. He has the audacity to ask my why and i waited ten minutes. I did not speak to the manager. Very angry
