Bad service

I have never had such a bad service with any Company that is worse than Fedhealth, the worst part of it is that you can not get hold of them and they try by all means to avoid paying any claim but they will not avoid taking your premiums that you pay every month. My authorize the delivery of my child but now they are trying to make any excuse in the book to avoid paying the claims, i am going to fight them in every way possible as i deserve to be treated fairly as a client who pays to have cover. I notified them on time that i need to add my child on the medical aid but they gave me a run around just to make sure that they do not pay for the claims but surely as i have facts and confirmation that i did the right thing on time and kept the records they are liable and they will pay the claims
