bad service

Service is up to **** , i have been a member for almost 4 years and no one can just pick a phone up and call me , i asked a simple question to move up to a higher plan then i get shown away to visit the website , the service is **** and and to deal with an agent BRAD that is so negative and not helpful at all , he will be the reason that i move medical aids , i am so sick of receiving bad service and with all the **** going on in the world the last thing we need is bad service , please make sure to call me urgently as i need to and want to upgrade on my medical aid and have a few questions
