BAD SERVICE AND HIGH RATES - FEDHEALTH

The lack of customer service is actually shocking. Paying an ENORMOUS amount for a medical aid per month, PLUS an extra debit to cover savings, and they literally cover nothing. I have asked numerous times for someone to contact me.

I am DEFINITELY going to be shopping around for another medical aid. This is enough.

Why has NO ONE contacted me???
