BAD SERVICE

poor service delivery with fedhealth. i am owning a medical aid with them i went to the DR for medical attention however i was told that my medical aid was suspended for what reason i dont know... they are deducting money every month Even did a bank statement to check if i did not miss any payment. payments are up to date but when i need medical attention i dont get help and this is not the first time experiencing this problem and their response is the were having system error with their system. customer service staff not working on weekends to assist with such issues you have to wait for the next business day. their whatsaap number not helping @ all..
