Bad service
I have been trying to reach Fedhealth to lift suspension on my medical aid I pay cash every month and forward the proof of payment to them but always my medical is suspended. Today I spoke to Farhaad Ballim who was plain rude and phone dropped and he didnt even bother to call me and now I can get through to his number
