Bad service

I was a member for almost 5 years, I had a plan that covers GP visits evwn when my savings was depleted. I have been battling and have resubmitted the claims numerous times and still they have not paid the Dr's. I have called and everytime I get the same story. Apologies we will get on to this matter now.
