BAD SERVICE
My Daughter was admitted to hospital - As per Fedhealth Blue Door Option - all accounts are covered for doctors as long as you have the correct authorisation number.

Doctor who treated my daughter accounts have still not been paid. These accounts were submitted directly to the Medical AId.

I am now liable for the accounts as someone made a clerical error in the code? Not to sure what happened. I have tried phoning and logged the call and to date have had no feedback on this regard.

They now say I must go back to the doctor to get this resolved.

As per their policy if you are hospitalised all accounts will be settled at Fedhealth rates?

Need feedback if this has been resolved.

Membership Number: ***

Once again i would like to post bad service - my daughter was given a letter by our Family GP to see a specialist. The specialist account was not settled as they were confused who my GP is and whom the specialist was and after a month they have resubmitted the account for payment but to date i have had no feedback whether or not this has been resolved.
We have Barbara Kelp as our broker for fedhealth and you can send emails and she does not even bother to respond - they should change her from being our broker - NEVER EVER AVAILABLE.
