BAD SERVICE
I sent a request to Fedhealth Medical Aid as thinking about change. I have received probably 3 - 4 emails from Ricardo Ganesan with attachment to fill in the forms, banking debit orders etc BUT no phone contact as I want to discuss pros & cons of different schemes.
