BAD SERVICE

<p>when i joined fedhealth in 2014 leaving discovery i was never told that when i cancel i have to give 30 days notice which is ok but i cancelled my policy on the 21 of feb 2017 and they deducted on the 25th of february 2017 meaning my 30 days is on the 21 of march, i am cancelling because i cant afford and i stated that i cant afford it and for them to cancel immediatly and i am not even using it, i havent used it at all this year, now they sending me a message saying that they are going to deduct this month march, what a bad service, PLEASE DO ME A FAVOUR dont deduct my money this month i need it R1300 is a lot of money, as i cancelled my policy last month on the 21 of February 2017, i cant afford it and i am not even using it. please.</p>
