Bad service

<p>Every Year I need to review my grand children Ruben and Mia on my medical aid! I did send all the documentation needed and I received a call on Thursday 7 July 2016 confirming they did received All documents and are busy with the review!!! On Friday 8 July I received a email telling me they have not received the documents and Ruben and Mia are now terminated from our medical aid!,,,,How on earth can people so incompetant????? They must pray nothing happen to my grand children!!!! We are on one of the most expensive schemes and this is how we are treated???? And it is not the first time!!! Two years ago we went through the same thing with them!!!we are in possession of a court order we are responsible for my grand children's medical aid and every year we send it to them with all the other documents!!!!
