<p>The team at Fedhealth don't know what they doing... Sent through claims but keep getting rejected with excuse after excuse... the first being there was no practice number on my claim, but if they opened their eyes they would have seen it on the top line of the page, from there on I've been waiting for over a month for claims that they say takes 7-10 working days... Very unprofessional </p>
And now, after all this, they paid it from the savings pocket when we discussed it would be paid back directly to me... absolutely fuming
