bad organization

so i signed up with fedhealth about 2 years ago got my medical aid and everything sorted so they recently changed there scheme rule or how the scheme operates i was practically forced to apply for a "loan"through this organization in order for my wife to get the treatment she needed so we never had an issue up until now i am paying for medical and i have to pay additional fees to use the medical aid every time i use the medical aid i have to get a loan with the organization in order to pay for stuff so in an email i received from the organization my medical aid fees would drop wow i was impressed only to find out that its cost me more to have this medical aid as evey time i use it its an additional charge on my monthly installment you can imagine my surprise that im paying for what seems like its a hospital cover that i can get from any other organization for cheaper and not just that i can get medical from Bonitas at the same fixed amount and no extra charges to me someone better explain why my plan was switched without explanation and why the hell my premium was decreased just so that i can pay more to use this medical aid
