Bad experience with fed health

I have not had a good experience with fed health..i have contacted them over a month ago. Provided all my details and I was told my medical aid would be active from the 1 March 2024. I have sent numerous emails to follow up and called back multiple times still no resolution. The customer service was good in the beginning but terrible experience all through out
