Bad customer service & *****ulant

I joined Fedhealth Medical aid in August 2019, in September 2019 I went to see a doctors the medical aid paid about R908.00. Due to financial problems I cancelled the medical aid in November 2019. I deposited R600, and they have debited about R900 from my account. They keep on debiting my accont, I have sent numerous emails trying to explain that I only used R908.00 from their medical aid and I have paid it off and more. I get contradicting emails one day I owe them R573 and the next they send me email saying they owe me R573. They are very confused.

PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT, I DO NOT WANT YOUR MEDIVAULT, I CANNOT AFFORD IT.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
