Bad customer service

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had . The agent I spoke with over the phone about a hospital authorization was totally unhelpful and confusing . And the worst part was the attitude she had . Please choose right and considerate people to employ if you want to keep your clients. Regards, Ilias Demerlis
