Bad communication and no feedback.

On the 16th of September I went to see Dr Giampalo. Whilst waiting in the waiting room Alida his assistant sent my motivational letter through... When I queried thus via email last week no motivational letter was received. When they phoned the doctors room it was confirmed it was sent on the 16th so how can it just dissapear. So I sent my copy to [Email Removed] I received an email that the rehab authorisation is pending but then received another email that my authouristion for hospitalization has been approved for the 26th-27th September I never asked for hospitalization authorisation and did not go to hospital. My motivational letter asks for rehab and botox? Your team has already approved a years botox but can I please get feedback and with can I speak to someone who understands dystonia botox and rehab cause no one seems to understand me. This is also not the first time 2nd or 3rd time my motivational letters miraculously disappear then its just more time waisting its just unexceptable.
