BAD BAD service

for the last week i have been calling Fedhealth everyday to sort out 2 refunds with them... I dont think the people that are processing claims can READ and the service is pathetic once receives... No one calls you to give you an update...no one says anything...if you dont call everyday you wont know what is happening... I feel like cancelling this medical Aid... I cannot be pregnant and stressed out over money that is owed to me...its not fair... lets see if I get a response
