Bad Bad Customer service

I am on Fedhealth Maxima Entrysaver. I stay in Welkom Free State, my wife is 7 months pregnant and apparently the mediclinnic in Welkom is not in the Medical aid's network. Now the only hospital in the their network is about 180 km. I have tried to find out from the medical aid what is an amicable solution for me and my wife seeing that I cannot pay the R5k co-payment. Their responce is that I take my wife to a Network hospital or pay R5k for co-payment. I have asked to be changed to another option which does not force me to go to network hospitals, I am told that can only be done if we where diagnosed with a dread illness within a month of being diagnosed. I feel I am stuck between a rock and hard place with this medical aid.
