Bad bad bad!!!!!!
the most fustrating medical aid scheme,ive sherd tears when it comes to this medical aid and tell people everyday not to join it.I aslo dont have medical aid card after 3 months of following up with them today im told card was deliverd in April yet i phoned for the card in May. Not to mention Drs fees that i have to pay out of my pocket. Yuuuu better a person who is not on medical aid than the abuse Ive experienced with this medical aid.
